Made To Order

All Flint Label products are made to order, individually crafted upon purchase. Because each item is custom produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before placing your order.


Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every Flint Label product. If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrectly made
  • Defective in manufacturing
  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@flintlabel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

We will review your claim and where a genuine manufacturing error has occurred, we will remake or refund your order at our discretion.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. After 24 hours your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.


Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, however we will always work to resolve delivery issues promptly.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country. These charges are outside our control and are non-refundable.
